Disambiguation (Thermal)

This is my favourite Vapid so far (I admit that my collection is a tad small at the moment but that is rapidly changing 🙂 so Disambiguation is described as a medium cool toned purple when cold to a vibrant turquoise when warm with aqua to violet shimmer, oh yeah baby I truly do love this polish. I was so lucky to have found this after a kind lady answered my ISO post.

Here my swatches show 3 coats topped with Seche Vite. All photos taken in “Dads Place’ with natural daylight.

Taking Up Space (Magnetic Topper)

Taking Up Space was released in May 2018, this polish is a magnetic topper and is a sheer darkened purple base with scattered holographic, multichrome flakes and purple to copper ultrachrome chameleon colour flakes with a purple shifting shimmer (I hope I’ve gotten that correct). This was purchased in a destash and is a beauty.

Here I have worn it over Tonic Polish Empress Undies and it was gorgeous, topped with Seche Vite all photos taken in ‘Dads Place’ with natural light.

Use Your Noodle

Vapid Lacquer as I’ve mentioned in the information page is based in San Antonio Texas it is an artisan brand that not only make polish but also natural bath and body products, I managed to purchase some in their recent sale so I will be writing and giving my thoughts on those too at some point.

My swatch photos below show Use Your Noodle in all its glory, this polish is from the Summer Shenanigans collection back in the summer of 2016 hence the old style label and I was lucky enough to pick this up in a destash, this is a gorgeous orange with a very strong gold shimmer and a wonderful formula, these photos were 2 coats plus Seche Vite top coat taken in ‘Dads Place’ with natural light. The little Unicorn mood ring and necklace set I picked up at my local superstore, when I saw them they made me smile and think of Vapid as their Facebook group is entitled Vapicorns 😀
